Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under these conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product packaging is tampered with
  • Expired product received
  • Product missing from the order

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference issues
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Opened or used food products

2 Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, please share:

  • Order Number
  • Product photos/videos clearly showing the issue
  • Packaging images
  • Brief description of the concern
  • Parcel opening video (mandatory for all claims)

Important: A clear parcel opening video recorded from the beginning without pauses or cuts is compulsory for any damage, missing product, wrong item, or leakage claims. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.

3 Refund Process

Once the issue is verified by our team:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
  • In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund

4 Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

5 Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Opened spice packets
  • Used food products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

6 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
  • In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, replacement shipping charges will be borne by Kunsh Masale

7 Quality Assurance

Every product from Kunsh Masale undergoes strict quality and hygiene checks before dispatch to ensure freshness, purity, and superior taste.
